cost per ton of steel can be reduced by at least 30%.by using pure
ca wire, even sometimes 50% reduction in some steel grades. As for the after-sales services, our company specially hires one
expert from India who will professioally answers and gives
solutions to the technical problems when the steel plant uses the
pure ca wire. According to different steel grades, he will work out
the reasonable wire feeding speed and argon purging etc and help
you get higher recovery and reduce the cost per ton of steel. For the production, we use the assembly line which was designed by
our own intelligence and Argon system addition during the whole
process. The quality of the wire was changed essentially. there is
no leak, no vacant vessel, no crack and no broken wires. Every coil
will be tested by twist force testing. The qualification
